You'll be greeted with a smile, always.
A warm, friendly, comfortable welcome awaits you whether we work together online or in-person.

I love the power of Hypnosis, and I'm keen to share it with you.
I believe that, within time, Hypnotherapy will be readily recommended and advised by the NHS. Some NHS councils already advise Hypnotherapy for patients with particular issues.
Just as Mindfulness is now being prescribed by GPs and rolled out in some schools, I believe Hypnotherapy will follow.
I've been incredibly fortunate to be trained by a really wonderful selection of top Hypnotherapists including Tim Phizackerley, who is most commonly known as 'Britain's Fastest Hypnotist' and creator of PSTEC; Sarah Yuen, well know Military Journalist who now specialises in Hypnotherapy for PTSD; and The Jacquin Hypnosis Academy who provide the most wonderful up-to-date clinical training and constant support and ongoing supervision.
I don't train with just anyone, I seek training through only those that work with the scientific data, research and from the heart.
I've been on a bit of a journey to get to where I am now. Quite honestly, if I told you my story, I don't think you'd believe me. I've had to beg for help... to really fight and plead to keep going. In fact, if I hadn't have kept up the fight for help, it's unlikely that my son and I wouldn't be here now.
I often meet people who don't think I'll believe their experiences or symptoms.
I'm not here to judge. I'm here to believe you. You don't need to waste time proving yourself to me. I'm on your side already.
You see, you simply don't have to suffer alone like this. I am living proof that things don't have to stay the way they are and I am a firm believer that with the right therapist and right techniques for you, change can and will happen.
